Cornish Gold 1928. Brodie of Brodie, Scotland.

Not actually from Cornwall as the name would suggest but from Scotland the other side of the Country! A great collaboration which spans across borders in the Britain Isles. The Scottish daffodil breeding maestro Major Ian Brodie, 24th Brodie of Brodie can take the credit for this lovely cultivar.

This early flowering, extremely hardy, narcissus has the most amazing deeply ribbed & frilled trumpet rim in the most amazing Canary yellow-green hue which only adds to its appeal. This variety also multiplies quickly, has nice stout stems & has a good vase life making it a great narcissus for the vase.
