Also known as Black Cumin & Love-in-the-mist. This delicate, easy to grow annual has the wonderful attributed of not only being rather pretty with its pale white or blue flowers but for being cultivated for the last 2,000yrs for its edible aromatic seeds which taste like onion-oregano-pepper all in one. Incredible sprinkled on bread or in curries, a true wonder.

It is best to sow in seed modules or pots and place in a cold frame or unheated greenhouse until the moment you are ready to plant them in their final positions. At its best June-October.
