A truly lovely cider apple. Is name come from it flattened crown with a lovely ribbed, yellow skin streaked in crimson. The slight russeting is said to be the mud on the pig’s nose. The apples are sweet, highly aromatic bittersweet juice & generally blemish free (some say a good alternative to the New Zealand Braeburn!)
