Stocks have been an old-fashioned favourite since the 17th century & it’s easy to see why, truly beautiful flowers with the most glorious beguiling scent. This dwarf form really does flower in ten weeks which makes is very handy when designing the flower borders or vegetable plot. 
 
CULTURE – Sow Feb – April in seed trays undercover. Stocks have a useful quirky to see if the flowers will be single or double - only the paler yellow / green seedlings will go on to produce double flowers, the dark green will produce single flowers. When large enough transfer to individual pots & when matured, transfers to the final location once all rick of frost has pasted.
